Anhui Yixiang Filtration Materials Co., Ltd. Officially Resumes Full Production

Taihe, Anhui, February 23, 2025 — Following the end of the Spring Festival holiday, Anhui Yixiang Filtration Materials Co., Ltd. has swiftly returned to its production track, ushering in a new year of production upswing. The company, located in the famous Hometown of Sieve Mesh — the Economic Development Zone of Taihe County, Anhui Province, specializes in the research and development, as well as production of stainless steel filtration materials, embodying the characteristics of being specialized, refined, unique, and innovative.

From the eighth day of the Lunar New Year in 2025, all production lines at Anhui Yixiang Filtration Materials Co., Ltd. have been fully operational, with employees dedicating themselves with enthusiasm to the intense yet orderly production work. In the wire rolling and welding workshops, machines are humming, and workers are fully concentrated on operating the machinery, rushing to produce and fulfill orders. Meanwhile, in the sieve plate production workshop, workers are busy pouring and cutting products, with various shifts working in rotation to ensure the smooth completion of initial order tasks.

Han Guoqing, General Manager of Anhui Yixiang Filtration Materials Co., Ltd., stated, "We have received a large number of customer orders in the first quarter of 2025. Therefore, we organized employees to return to work early and fully activated all production lines, striving to achieve the set production targets in the first quarter and laying a solid foundation for realizing the annual business plan."

It is understood that since the completion and commissioning of its Phase I project at the end of 2012, Anhui Yixiang Filtration Materials Co., Ltd. has continuously expanded its production scale and enhanced its technical capabilities. The Phase II project commenced construction on March 26, 2016, with a total investment of RMB 67 million, and was officially listed on April 29 of the same year. Currently, the company annually produces 3 million square meters of sieve mesh and filter cloth, 4.7 million square meters of stainless steel sieve mesh, and over 10,000 units (pieces) of various sieve baskets. The products conform to ISO standards and are sold throughout the country.

To meet the ever-changing market demands and enhance production capacity and product quality, Anhui Yixiang Filtration Materials Co., Ltd. has continuously increased its investment in technological innovation and equipment upgrades in recent years. Especially in the dust removal bag project, the company has introduced high-temperature and normal-temperature line equipment, equipped with world-leading machinery, including the Thalys carding machine, Autefa draper, and Sanhui nonwoven needle punching machine, providing solid technical support for dust removal bag production. After multiple rounds of meticulous testing and adjustments, the new production line has significantly improved production efficiency while ensuring product quality.

Currently, the dust removal bag project of Anhui Yixiang Filtration Materials Co., Ltd. has smoothly entered the formal production stage. The company offers a diverse range of dust removal bags, including polyester bags, PPS bags, and basalt bags, which are widely used in various fields such as coal washing, chemicals, steel, papermaking, and printing and dyeing wastewater treatment. Among them, polyester bags are highly praised by customers for their high porosity, superior air permeability, excellent acid and alkali resistance, and abrasion resistance. PPS bags, with their outstanding acid and alkali resistance, abrasion resistance, folding endurance, and ability to work stably at temperatures up to 190°C (instantaneously up to 220°C), have become an ideal choice for handling high-temperature and highly corrosive gases.
